Gyaan Solutions strives to deliver quality products and services and focuses on the following key principles in all its products.

• User Experience: A user whether an administrator, a teacher or a student must be able to easily find, understand and do what he or she is looking for. Emphasis will be made on simplicity and the ability to quickly find what the user is looking for.

• Consumability: Our products will need to be usable with minimum configuration, no customization and no additional software.

• Continuous improvement in customer value: Since we will always engage with the customers in a subscription model we will challenge our self against competition continuously. To stay ahead of competition we will strive to provide continuous improvement of value to our customers.

• Superior Customer Support: We want to make a fundamental shift in customer support where we will focus on support prevention rather than rectification. We will try to engineer support in the product itself rather than just using the traditional help desk/ call center model.

• Innovation: Unless we have significant innovation and differentiation we will not release a product in the market.
